When you contact us or request a package, we collect the information you submit: name, business name, email, phone, website, and anything you write in the message. If you become a client with portal access, we also maintain your login email and the business data needed to deliver your services.
We use your information to respond to you, deliver the services you've requested, send invoices and service communications, and improve our offerings. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing you haven't asked for.
Like most modern businesses, we rely on trusted service providers to operate: website and portal hosting (Vercel), form processing (Formspree), database infrastructure (Supabase), email (Google Workspace), and payment/invoicing tools. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
We keep client information for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Access to client data is limited to those who need it to deliver your services.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping requirements). Email joe@ohanaiq.com.
